Unquestionably the worst mexican food I’ve ever had. Ever. If I was starving in Ethiopia, maybe. Just maybe.
I don’t know how this place got a 91% rating. Either the owners are going on here and voting this place up, or folks in Richmond don’t know good Mexican food. This food is average, at best. It should have no more than a 75% rating. Everything was completely bland and tasteless. I won’t be returning to eat at here again.
Not for me. This is not great Mexican food. The rice was not fresh. The refried beans were runny. They were not creamy, they coved the majority of the plate. The place is loud and kids were running around. They were never asked to sit down. The service was okay, you had to keep getting the waiters attention, for more tea. Once they served your plate they forgot about you. Carnitas were Harditas. They were chunks of meat that were over cooked and dried out. Not wasting my money their. Chips and salsa were good.
The orginal mexican food. Angel is the best server I ever had.he knows his stuffBut lately last week I had BAD service cause Angel was not there.The server had wrong food bought out to us and we had to wait for correct food,The server did nor even come check on us We had to ask some one else to refill our drinks,chips and salsa.When I try to order my plate I want three of enchilada she said it is too much for you???I am trying to get hold of the owner of the resturant.if anyone know their number please email me.Thanks..

Ruthie’s Good!!!. The food there is delicious and fresh. The service is great and friendly. I recomend… anything on the menu! I go there every friday for dinner and want to go more often. If you want some of the best food you’ll ever taste, go to Ruthie’s Mexican. 🙂
