Texas Rib Factory. I had the ribs and they are as tender and perfectly smoked as it gets. This is the best kept secret in the Sugar Land area and I like the fact that the place does more take out than dine in so when I am there, I usually have the place all to myself. The staff is friendly, they bring the food to your table, and will give you a free sample of anything on the menu. Their BBQ sauce is awsome and as a result of the spiraling sales, the restaurant is now only open to the public Thursday through Saturday 11:00 am til 6pm but when business dictates, they will stay later to serve people that are still in line. I give the 5 stars ******.
