Don’t go on a Saturday night. The staff doesn’t seem to be on their A-game. After we got seated, we sat for a long time without any server. We ended up having to hail one down. Our food took an excessively long time to get. The pizzas were incomplete and my fellow dinner guest had to order extra sauceon the side to make it palatable. My bison burger was far tinier than the bun (unlike the last time I was here) with almost none of the condiments that should have been with it. Also, the coleslaw was brown. I kid you not…brown! That old slaw should have been thrown out and not put on my plate. Nothing looked very edible after all those mistakes. I basically ordered what I had as an appetizer again (cheap and I knew they could make that) so that I wasn’t the one there as water as my entree. However, the Strawberry Patch drink was very good. Yet too many mistakes in one dinner setting. I don’t recommend dining here. Not a fun way to have my birthday dinner. I don’t know what happened to this place to be so off.
Never going back. Horrid service! The first time I visited was a few days before Christmas 2013 on a weekday and the waiter barely gave me the time of day. Then today my husband and I went in there at 2 pm and the place was quite -we were showed to our table after the hostess finished her phone conversation and we sat and sat and sat-no waiter at all-about 4 of them converged at the computer by the back bathrooms talking and didn’t even acknowledge us-we finally got up and left. We told the hostess no one served us and we walked out-for good. Don’t bother with this place-they couldn’t care less about you.
Food is good if it ever makes it to the table. Awful service 3 times in a row. I will not go back.
Would you like paper with that burger?. Went for dinner with a friend to BJ’s tonight. The patty melt burger sounded pretty good. At first I thought they used the outer portion of the onion for the grilled onions. After struggling awhile, realized they left the paper that divides the slices of cheese on the cheese!!! Can’t get that taste out of my mouth or the thought out of my head!! Manager apologized and asked if I wanted another one!! NO WAY !! Service has declined since opening as well. I have no intention of returning after tonight.
Horrible, its a Cheescake Factory redo that is even worse.
Just Okay. We arrived at peak time on Saturday evening, about 7pm, and of course the place is packed. Waited the appropriate 30 mins for a table, but the wait staff really let us down. I know when restaurants get busy, the servers are usually over-worked. But you’re working for a tip as well, right? and when I’m paying alot of money, I expect the food and the service to be great.Had to ask several times for silverware, had the food nice and hot, but nothing to eat with. Annoyed beyond belief. Spouse and I both had different salads, and for $13 I would expect a pretty large/fulfilling salad. both of us were disappointed. The dressings were mediocre, and mine tasted like just a bunch of chopped lettuce. My daughter got spaghetti and again it was just okay. I was not impressed with any of the 3 entrees, and for the $53 we spent, should’ve gone to Saltgrass, but wanted to try something new. Mark that off my to-do list, and won’t be back.
It’s all ok. I have family who love the Cheeseburger Pizza but I haven’t found anything really great here. Baked potatoes don’t have enough toppings to justify it as a meal, salads are hit or miss with freshness, soups aren’t always hot, burgers are just alright. The best thing is the beer! The restaurant gets filled and busy quickly and stays noisy.
