Waited on by 5 different people ordered drinks then 10 min later ordered fried calamari. Another 15-20 min drinks then calamari comes out together.. This was around 4 pm and not really busy. Staff was rude and got an attitude when I asked for my check to get out of there without ordering a main entree… Never again…
How to ruin a burger. There is really only one way to ruin a hamburger: the dreaded overcook. Somehow BJs managed to cook EVERY single drop of moisture from my double Black and Blue cheese burger. This goes down as the worst burger I have gotten at a non fast food restaurant. I should have known eating a restaurant attached to a mall. I bet the mall food court is better. Even with the good beer, a very dry and crusty thumbs down.
It has taken me a few meals to firmly make up my mind about this place. Some of the time the food has been ok, one time it was very good, but for the most part the food is sub standard to what is expected. This evening’s meal, including the poor service has definitely put the nail on the coffin and I will not be returning to this restaurant. After dropping off our food, the waiter did not return to fill up drinks or ask if we needed anything else. If he had, I would have told him about my burned hamburger that I could not finish because of the charred, dry meat and the way over cooked fries that were untouched except the few fries I tried -they were like trying to eat used match sticks. Terrible place, terrible food, unforgivably awful service. If you get a tall thin waiter with a beard and mustache and a snooty attitude- ask for another waiter because he sucks!
