Arrived and initially ignored. Went to Chimera because of the Ft Worth magazine reviews. Evidently as soon as they rated a staff favorite, they cut the menu back. Only a few salads now. Don’t order the beet salad, it’s no more. Craft beers can be found anywhere. Great food to go with them is a more difficult task. A limited menu remains at Chimera’s, hope it is good. We did not stay to find out.
