Let me tell you that (who I believe is the owner, a middle-aged woman with short gray hair) is an absolute snob. She thinks she is better than everyone in our northside community because she has a nice business going on. The reason why I will never go to her restaurant again is because of an incident we had a while ago, but I recently visited and she probably remembered me from it. What happened in this incident was that my mom found a hair in her Arroz con leche. I understand that this happens even in the nicest of places, but after my mom asked the owner to take the plate back, the owner not only did not come back to apologize, she charged my mom for the food she sent back…
