Good consistent value, great salsa and tortillas!. Always stuffed. So I would say the 8th/Magnolia and the Henderson one produces better food faster than the one on Camp Bowie. The one on Camp Bowie always seems to be hot or cold or have HVAC issues and a kiddie party. But the Tiffin Hall will keep you full for 30 hours, so all of the rest of it is just trifle. Not fancy, but it tastes great and the tortillas and chips and salsa and giant sodas on their own will be a respite on a hot Texas afternoon! Great place to go when you are still a bit grubby from yard work or a garage sale or something outside, they wont judge! I just wish they had any tequilas besides Cuervo. Come on!

Do yourself a favor and go across the Street to Taco Cabana. The chips are like twice fried fritos, the corn tortillas are the worst I’ve ever tasted, including every store bought brand, the tomatoes were rancid, the chili con carne sauce tasted like tamatoe base with chili powder. The service was great.

Chips and Salsa. Skip the food and concentrate on the chips, salsa and corn tortillas! They are great-the rest of the food is mediocre at best.

Iconic. What can you say about a restaurant that has made it work for so long. the food is consistent. the chips, salsa and tortillas are some of the best around and the value cannot be denied.
