This place absolutely is the worst pizza and service. The service has been horrible 2 times in a row don’t waste your time or money! The order was screwed up and the pizza crust was raw… and then it was the wrong pizza. The waiter was uncaring! Took forever to get our food… and it was a disaster horrible. ..
Not great. Ordered from here a few times, and Everytime I order they take way too long to deliver. My house is 3 mins away and yet it takes them close to an hour Everytime to deliver. Food is almost always cold. After calling up there 5 times on my last order, I gave up and told them to cancel the order. I ordered from papa johns and received my food within 30 mins. I wouldn’t order here, they don’t care about the customers.
3 hour wait for wrong order. Placed my online order at 4, called at 5:30 because it still wasn’t there. They said my order had been cancelled? I didn’t cancel and they didn’t notify me. Didn’t apologize and said it would be there in another half hour. It took another hour and a half and when it got here I only got one item out of the three. Called back for the manager who was pretty clueless and only apologized. Didn’t offer my money back or send the right order. Worst experience ever with delivery. I’ll never take my business here again.
Late & rude. I ordered from the website at 9:27pm. To be delivered from the Overton Ridge Blvd store in Ft Worth. The Delivery time was to be 10:12pm. At 10:25pm a person called & I agreed to a substitute for part of my order. (The dessert) My order was already late. The caller said it would be delivered in 15 min. New delivery time to be 10:40pm. At 10:50pm I called back & asked about my food. The person said my order was still there. I asked him why & when would it arrive? He was rude & said they only had 2 drivers!(in a booming voice)& it would be 1 hour or more. I told him I would come get the pizza. I arrived & the person was uninterested in helping me. After a few more minutes he brought my order to the counter & asked for $$. I tried to explain it was already paid for online & I had confirmation. From the beginning He was RUDE, now he was even more rude! Saying it was VOIDED because ‘I’ changed it! It was now after 11pm! I told him, I’m tired & hungry, it’s been 2 hours. I left my food there. Not going back to this location …
Pizza Hut sucks. The guy I talked to here was a complete jerk! They aren’t worth it and the Papa John’s on Hulen is better.
The Pizza Hut on Overton in City View is the best pizza around, especially their Ten Dollar Any Size Any Way You Want It Deal! I always go for a large meat-lovers pan pizza and a large super-supreme pan pizza! Awesome! Mouth-watering, Delicious !!!
