Good beer selection, decent sausage, decent service… Slightly better than average pub food with a German twist.
Not a great place you walk in and it gives you the impression of a good restaraunt.Service is terrible, food is mediocre, the only good thing is the beer. Its hard to mess that up. I dont recommend it

Great spot!. This is a fairly new place which has improved greatly since it first opened. It’s really worth a stop… with the best selection of beers on tap in Fbg. Also, very good prices, service, atmosphere, and food. We love their reuben and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, steaks, and appetizers. Good wine selection and prices as well. We recommend this place and keep returning.
From a local…Service is horrible, all 3 times we have been there. The owner came from a restaurant across the street after years of working over there. The only decent thing is the beer selection. There are only a few items worth eating on the menu. The mushrooms are decent and the Mexican food is fair. Other than that, stay away from the salads. The kids sausage plate is good. I’m guessing he didn’t realize what a struggle it is to deal with the public and run a restaurant.
Food is better at other places in town. When I told them their service was lacking, the manager told us not to come back. I asked for the owner and the manager said he was the owner. It’s clear customer satisfaction is not a priority. STAY AWAY.
This placed sucked…food was overlooked and lacked any flavor. My wife sends hers back after only a couple of bites and they only take a dollar off the purchase. Was informed that the place was fairly knew by a waitress at another resteraunt and that owners of Cultures went around to other local restruants to steal ideas and duplicate them in their own kitchen. They offer American German and Mexican cuisine and by her and other locals they (Cultures) fails miserably in all three. Don’t waste your money!!
