Great pie!!. The pie is delicious! The moly thing I thought strange is that when I asked if the crust was made with lard, the women taking our order looked at me like I was nuts. I’ve lived in places where lard crusts are the norm, and yet she hadn’t seemed to heave heard of such a thing! Nonetheless, the pie was amazing and we will definitely go back.
