We were looking forward to eating at Otto’s. When we entered they said it would be a 45 minute waiting list, which isn’t bad for a Saturday night in Fredericksburg. The host offered us a menu and drink list, and took are order for which we waited over 20 minutes and never received. A couple and there daughter walked in and asked for a table but didn’t like the waiting list, so the host and someone at the bar decided to go ahead and seat them in front of everyone else, that’s not how to do business! Everyone in the waiting area saw and heard what the employees were doing and were not happy! We got up and walked out without every getting drinks more less getting seated by these rude folks! We live fairly close to Fredericksburg and will defiantly not be referring friends to this place.
