I eat chinese often and am usually disappointed. This restaurant had EXCELLENT food. Seasoned just right and just enough heat. (Shrimp with garlic sauce). The shrimp was fresh as well. I will be coming back many times!
The Best. I can’t imagine that someone could eat at this place and not LOVE the food and atmosphere. They have the absolute best Chinese food anywhere in Houston, Friendswood, Pearland or anywhere!I have had the Singapore Noodles and they are absolutely awesome, This place uses all fresh ingredients and NO MSG.
Great Food & Fast Delivery. I had the General Tso’s Chicken and the Glaze was perfect, not syrupy at all like the other place! All the food is prepared from scratch daily and you can’t beat that! The Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was full of big juicy Fresh Shrimp, they weren’t rubbery like the other place I used to order from. Rubbery seafood is a good indicator of FROZEN not FRESH Shrimp and Scallops. I had the Spring Rolls with the Peanut Sauce and I like the Peanut Sauce so much I ordered an additional container and the owner was nice enough not to charge me for it. That’s rare with restraunt’s these days. I would give these fine folks 5 out of 5 STARS for Quality and Service. Also too, the lady that took my order on the phone to be delivered spoke perfect English, was patient and polite andhad some great suggestions. I can’t believe how affordable 518 Cafe is. I pay almost twice as much when I go to Houston Chinese Restraunts.
New repeat customer. My husband and I were delighted to find some decent freshly made Chinese food in the area.The food art the chef presented on the plate was delightful.I’m home now recovering from carpal tunnel surgery and am about to place a delivery order.
