Horrible portion and pricing. We order 2 meals and a kids meal for $50+. It did NOT come with a salad or bread. Our kids meal look as if it had more food then the 2 adult meals combine. It’s very disappointing with such great tasting food.
Nice waiter, very attentive. Hostess didn’t even acknowledge us for a while, and was rude. Food was good, a bit pricy.
First time! And it was a wonderful experience! Food was delicious! Nice environment. A+
Went there for lunch today and unfortunately I’ll never go again. The restaurant has its charm on the inside. However both the service and the food were lacking. Both entrees served left pools of oil/butter at the bottom of the plate that were less than appetizing. I found the prices to be outrageously high for what was served. Though we did our best to be friendly to our server, he did absolutely nothing to be polite or helpful. He actually sighed loudly and seemed annoyed when showing us the desert tray despite our not prompting him for desert options. I’m always willing to give a restaurant a second chance if the food is less than satisfactory. However, a bad service experience is enough to put me off for good. There are much better options for dining than Birraporettis if you’re willing to drive 10 minutes further to the Baybrook area.
They are incompetent when it comes to taking reservations and processing correctly. Made a Easter reservation for family Had No record.
Take out Groupon. Had a groupon for take out, its a little out of the way from us, but the pasta was delicious. We ordered the pasta poretti and marco polo. I’d have to say there could be a bit more chicken in the poretti but the sauce was very good. The marco polo was the better of the two its very flavorful and has just the right amount of spice. The only complaint I have is I think they charged me over someone maybe didn’t use the right groupon price as it was higher than it should I didn’t realize this till after I left and got to looking at everything. But all in all a good place.
Although the restaurant was lovely and the service was nice, the food itself was lacking. Tasted very heated in microwave, as well as over priced. I’ve tried 3 times now (even had my BDay there) but sadly won’t return.
