About

No one likes rules and regulations but one of the reasons were allowed to enjoy some great whiskeys today is because of the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897. The Act refers to American-made distilled beverage that has been aged and bottled according to a set of legal regulations contained in the United States government's Standards of Identity for Distilled spirits, specifically American Whiskey. This very Act is the inspiration behind the concept for our niche cocktail parlour, with a focus on bold seasonal cocktails and fresh cuisines. Great environment for casual dinner dates, small groups and after dinner imbibing.

The atmosphere was awesome, the drink menu was impressive, the food was delish. My only critique was the hostess and server could have been warmer and friendlier. They were not mean, just didn’t feel like they wanted us to be there.
