Dry and Pricey Cupcakes….. I bought three of these beauties and all three were dry, bland and pricey. I would never return here, nor do I recommend.
The BEST cupcake in Dallas!!! I visit everytime I’m in Texas and get the chocolate cupcake with buttercreamFrosting – it’s to die for!! On Sunday, I read the store was open until 9 pm online and when I reached at 8:30 pm, the owner was inside and told me it closed at 7. I was so disappointed I wouldn’t get my dimples fix! I told himI read the closing time wrong and he promptly asked his staff to pack two cupcakes to go, the cookies and cream and wedding cake (they were out of chocolate as it was after hours), and told me it was on the house. Amazing service!! Def try out their cupcake – you won’t regret it!!
Excellent place to feed your sweet tooth!. We went on a Saturday with a tour group and tried the lemon, wedding cake and half & half ~ all were excellent. Moist cake, flavorful icing, not too sweet, but just right. And the cupcakes are huge as well! It would be worth the drive just to have them again.
Horrible customer service. I ordered a large number of cupcakes online and picked them up at the Frisco store. The girl did not know how to provide a receipt but assured me someone would contact me the next day. That did not happen. I have visited the store multiple times, called multiple times (left messages each time) and emailed multiple times. All have been ignored. A week has passed. All I want is my receipt from a purchase made a week ago. Ignoring valid customer concerns is not a good way to do business.
In my opinion, best cupcakes in Dallas and I’ve tried many due to my huge sweet tooth. The parking/busy area is the only reason I don’t go mire frequently.
Decent but pricey!. Went around 8pm…cupcakes were fresh that night, but not the next morning. I had the Cookie’s and Cream and the Banana Pudding. Both were somewhat dry, icing was delicious, but not work $4 a piece!
