Not Sure What To Say. I don’t think I can write anything here without getting booed by the legions of followers that love this place. Before you give me a down vote, all I can ask is that it be okay that sometimes a great place does have a misstep. The crust is the highlight, but cleanliness of the place and dishes were an issue for us. Besides the crust, the taste was unique and not my type of flavor choice. We won’t be back.
Got to try!!. Great service! Pizza was extremely good. All fresh ingredients and sauce is awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Durkins is without question our favorite pizza place in the metroplex, possibly of all time. Their crust is the best I’ve ever had. Usually when I get to the outside of the crust on a slice of pizza, I just stop eating because it isn’t worth wasting my time on it. Not so with Durkins. The crust is so good you just can’t not eat it ( sorry for the double negative). They use fresh mozzarella and their toppings are all fresh and delicious and they don’t skimp on them. They’re a little more expensive than other places, but more than worth it. You simply cannot go wrong at Durkins pizza.
Wooo-Hooo..so good!. I moved here in November 2009 from NY and have been on a continuous hunt for pizza that is acceptable. I FINALLY FOUND IT!! Not NY style with the big, puffy doughy crust but it was delicious and I will be back for more! It was delish leftover too!

Continuously Great!. We’ve been getting their pizza since they opened. The entire pizza is outstanding from the dough to sauce to ingredients. It all is fresh and rich with taste and your chosen ingredients. Since it’s locally owned, you don’t get the cardboard-ish, bland taste in the dough. To not mention the incredible service would be a crime. Michael Durkin takes service very serious. He’s friendly, outgoing, fun and witty. He makes every outing an experience, not just a quick meal. Plus, he makes it a point to know the customer. You’re not getting that at the chains. Tired of the chains? Give them a try. Not tired of the chains? Give ’em a try. You’ll quickly learn what you’ve been missing.
