The food was fine but nothing exceptional. The place is poorly ventilated, be prepared to reek of food. The customer service is terrible and since nothing else is exceptional I won’t be back. I went with a large party and instead of seating us properly they tried to squeeze us on one grill so they could seat more. We complained and nothing was done it took several complaints to actually make them take action. It is not cheap and they should really consider providing comfort if they wish to keep their customers.
I wouldn’t go there again if they paid me. My wife, I and two friends went to Jihbeh in Frisco on Friday for lunch. The food was pretty good – bento boxes and chirashi. However, when we received our bill – which we split between the couples, ours appeared to be too high. We inquired with the waitress and she assured us that the chirashi price was correct. They overchared us and when we called, they replied that the prices varies by the chef. The price stated on their lunch menu is around $16.00. They charged us $23.00 per person! This is the second time that this restaurant has shafted us. There will not be a third time. I wouldn’t give this place one star.
Hibachi+Sushi. Jinbeh is pretty solid for a Hibachi and Sushi restaurant. It’s a great atmosphere for groups and special occasions. The food is prepared in front of you, it’s fun to watch, and the chefs are entertaining. The food has always been good and they are pretty good about any special requests that you might make.
Good place. Only had sushi but it was above average. Shush bar was small but good.
Love It!. Love the show and the food is always good. I’ve had the shrimp, scallops and steak. Service is always friendly whether you’re in for lunch or dinner. Sushi is also good.
Compared to Benihana, Jinbeh tastes way better!. I have been eating Benihana for years and it’s flavor isn’t even close to Jinbeh. It doesn’t look amazing inside but the food is always GREAT! The fried rice is a personal favorite and the Fillet is awesome.
The best sushi and hibachi in Dallas. The best quality and the best tasting japanese food I’ve had in a while. The appetizers and the rolls are very creative. There just isn’t enough good things to say about this place.
