Rays Grill, brought to Fulshear by Fort Bend businessman Raed "Ray" Salti, opened its doors on May 6, 2008. Ray's concept was to create a unique neighborhood bar and grill, that serves recipes created from the highest quality of seasonal and organic inspired ingredients from local farmers and ranchers.
