We had the Jamaica Burger which was great! BUT they so not have a kids menu so we had to buy adult meals for our 4 young kids. To top that off we ordered fries since nothing comes with your burger, we added cheese for $1.50 OMGoodness…then they did not serve ranch with the cheese fries so we had to pay another 86 cents for that. Bottom line: food is good but not worth the money or the RUDE employees…
The only thing about this place we don’t like is that they close for the winter…we drive 30 miles to come eat here.
Greedy. Michael’s has good food. I have one complaint! They are greedy. I live on the Island and have dined there many times. Tonight I took my daughter and combined for (2) 1/3 lb burgers, (1) beer and (2) fries we spent $34.00. I was not at all disappointed in the food. My daughter wanted some BBQ sauce to go with her fries and they wanted to charge for it! I was amazed. I asked the Mgr and told her it was ridiculous to charge for a small container of sauce for the prices they charge for the food. BTW, they have catsup and tobbasco on the tables.She didn’t care and now nor do I. I will spread their greedy dis-concern for their customers and especially Islanders. Greed is a sad thing. I will never ever eat there again and, not recommend them to anyone regardless as to how good their food is because they are greedy!
Awesome Burger. I had the Island Burger and onion rings and the taste was great. Great atmosphere, great service, great food. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
I’ve wanted to try this place for a couple years, glad I finally got to. We stopped in and the burgers were good, one had a chicken sandwich that was also good. The staff was extremely friendly, stored by a couple of times to bus table and make sure all was ok. But the best part was the onion rings, they had a nice batter andwere cookedright.
Frozen burger patties and frozen frenchfries – not good at all, skip this place.
Until today, my favorite burger of all time WAS the mushroom Swiss burger from KGB in Las Vegas………but NOW it’s the Jamaican burger from Cafe Michael burger!!! Awesome, awesome burger!!!
