This is a little hole in the wall Mexican place that looks like fast food with a drive thru but it’s not fast food. The food was surprisingly good. It’s this side of the island Taco Bell but way better quality. The fajitas and quesadillas were delicious. I wouldn’t recommend using the drive thru unless you call in the order. I’ll be going back again to try the seafood. Always need to check your food, have had undercooked meat twice and have had them give me no meat in breakfast burritos twice now. Cant really recommend this place anymore. They have a no refund policy for a reason it seems.
Horrible Service. I ordered a FRIED CHICKEN WING BASKET includes fries and Gizzards. I received a HOT WING WITH FRIES. I CALLED AND SPOKE WITH THE OWNER and I told her that my order was incorrect and she told me that if she replaced every order that was incorrect she would not make money..I asked so am I suppose to PAY for something that I don’t eat and she stated that IT IS THE POLICY. Then she offered me something different and decided to order an BURGER and asked her to put veggies on the SIDE…. she states that she would have to CHARGE me to put all veggies on the side and that includes mustard and mayo packages. I will never go to this place again!!!!

Galveston’s Best Kept Secret. I’ve been eating at Henry’s for the past 3 years and never had a complaint. The food is CHEAP! and super delicious. They have everything from fried shrimp to hamburgers to mexican food. Their fried shrimp are delicious and their beef fajitas are to die for! Don’t let the appearance of the building fool you, their food is great. Any time my family comes to visit, we stop at Henry’s first and they always ask to go back. I love it!!
It’s all good here. Great food. Great value. Local color- but not even a little bit fancy!!! Surprise burrito is the best breakfast on the island.
