Good Southeast Texas-style BBQ, enjoyed a good balance of smoke and seasoning on the brisket, tender and flavorful. This is a type and method of BBQ that is unique to this region, and it gets some unfair poor reviews that I would simply attribute to a misunderstanding of the style. I liked this BBQ, and would rate higher if the ribs had a little more time in the pit. txpitquest.com
