Ever wanted to step back in time, say the 50’s or 60’s, and visit what was once an iconic fixture in the American dining scene….this would be my first stop. An old fashion drugstore diner complete with soda bar and old fashion ice cream drinks. We visited for breakfast and was very impressed with the friendly service and the food. The BLT for breakfast is hard to beat.

Egg sandwich was good they had me at croissant! Good thick bacon even though I asked for sausage….oh well it was still good. Pancakes were super fluffy! Side of fruit was out of a can, hash browns were just ok…. good vibe friendly wait staff!

Stumbled upon this place with my husband during a weekend getaway. Great food and great service. I had the eggs Benedict which has outstanding hollandaise sauce and my husband had eggs over easy with bacon and toast. We also ordered a side of pancakes to split. Food was fantastic and we loved the atmosphere.

This place is a hidden gem on the strand, the food isn’t the BEST but it’s not super pricy like a lot of the places on the island and they’ve got really good flavored sodas!Parking can be a bit of a pain, as can getting a seat during peak times on weekends, so I would get there at a decent hour!

Very Cool. This is a must-do place for visitors to the island–wonderful original drug-store soda fountain. Food can be quite good.

Fun lunch!. Stepped back in history, sat on the stools and ate a hamburger at the counter. Was surprised to be able to get a glass of wine. The burger was pretty good, well cooked and juicy. Service good and friendly. Would go back.

Atmosphere was great. A lot of history here. The food was simple breakfast fare. The French toast was made with French bread, that was cool. For what it.
