  This was a terrible experience. We had high hopes for this place. The line was long, but moved quickly, however there was nowhere to sit. We waited over 45 minutes for our food, which came out cold. A steak sandwich was so chewy, it wasnt edible. The fish and chips…the fish was coated in a cornbread batter and was very doughy and the fish itself was a strange texture. Not good at all. We arent the type of family to send food back or ask for refunds but we did this time.

  Nope nope nope. Went there on a Saturday night, knowing there would be a wait. Waited about 25 minutes to order, after getting there around 5:45 in the evening, not terrible… But then it was nearly an hour later when we got our food. People came and went and still we waited. In fact we waited so long that we had to go up there because our buzzer lost its charge. Our food was clearly on the counter when we got there, but other patrons would take the food and when it was mentioned to the girl working the counter, we were rudely informed that that food belonged to another customer (when our food was all on the counter together with what ultimately was our ticket.) Once we got our food the chips were horribly stale, the fish and chips and hot dog were cold, and no one really even ate because it was all just subpar. We looked up the restaurant ahead of time to see the ratings, and maybe this was an off night, but we won’t be returning.

  Awesome staff, great food, outstanding venue for watching any sports event! I’ve never been treated so well in my life at an establishment! The Spot is the spot to be!
