  I have to rate them 1 stars because of the fact that when I walked in no employee notice me or my friend. No Welcome to Golden Chick no nothing, but I didn’t let that get to me. When we got to the counter however still no one said anything to us. It was like they was waiting on US to say HELLO? We’re ready to order. All the employees was standing around talking and laughing, one young male who was by the cash register still haven’t said anything to us. He was just picking at his nails and biting them. By that time it had been a total of 5 mins we was in there without no one saying anything including the shift manger who wears the red shirt. She didn’t even say nothing. Everyone in there was young except one cook and the manager who was there but in the back. I had to call out to them and tell them that we are ready to order but the attitude he give us was unacceptable and the attention to the matter that I wanted to speak to the manager over him was like it went in one ear and out the other. It took her 5 mins just to come to us and other 5 just to get the boss over her in the back. I told her what happen and she tells me that they told her a different store??? Like okay…You do have these cameras that you can review. I feel like at the end of the day the customer is always right. But I didn’t feel that way, I felt like I was walking into someone’s house and everybody partying. Last thing I think there is a child working there!! My friend said no she’s just a midget…I told her no she looks young but I could be wrong. Also with this review there will be a follow up to the district/area manager that’s over that store right.   Poor customer service. First of all, I wanted a salad. They were all out of salad. This was at lunchtime on a Thursday. Secondly, I ordered a combo meal and it was rang up incorrectly. I was charged for the items individually and it, without gravy, totaled $6.44. They did not charge me for a roll although I requested one. When I requested the roll, the employee told me I didn’t pay for a roll and therefore shouldn’t receive one. She said the combo meal was more expensive and was argumentative. She eventually gave me the roll. The combo meal costs $6.29. I paid more and got less and she wanted to argue over a .49 roll. Customer service was awful here.
