I ordered online, waited the appropriate time as per the confirmation page and get to the store and my husband returns to the car empty handed. He was told that maybe I placed the order someplace else cause they didn’t have an order for me. I went in with my phone to show my order & confirmation number. Juan-Asst. Mgr let me know I could replace order & wait another 17 min. Edgar ( on cellphone) said it was an app an online error & nothing they could do. Anna-the Mgr was off & wouldn’t be there tomorrow… So basically, Juan was saying with his actions… Sorry ’bout your luck! As it turned out, their fax is offline & likely out of paper! No apology and no wings!
