TERRIBLE Service. Called for take-out, didn’t answer the first time (should have been the first sign). Called again, some girl picked up and took the order. Was quoted 20-22 minutes…wow cool, precise timing. Got there and there was one table of diners, stood around for a few minutes looking for some help only to have the girl in the back look at me and continue chatting with her fellow coworkers. While checking out, we decided to add just ONE slice of pizza to the order…asked how long it would take and she said 5 minutes. Ok, cool, we can wait for 5 minutes. Ended up waiting at the empty restaurant for an additional 30 minutes, all while watching the whole staff chatting and playing on their phones in the back. When the food was ready, they brought it out and did not even apologize or thank us for our business…very uncomfortable feeling. Perhaps we were the ones that should have apologized for coming in and disrupting their chatty time.At this point, I contemplated just throwing away the food and calling Domino’s. We return home and discover a takeout box with 5 SLIVERS of carrots. What’s the point even giving us carrots?? Salad had soggy croutons and browned lettuce. Way to run a business. I try to support local businesses as much as possible, but when you have no regard for your customers, then what’s the point of staying in business? Try to have some passion for your business, perhaps more people would come and support you.
THE BEST PIZZA EVER!!!. I love the food. The best Pizza in Texas. You can really taste the freshness of the ingredients. Made from scratch goodness!! The best Texas sized pizza you will try. Bringing a new spin to Italian food with Texas flair. Best customer service ever, I love the new owners! You wont be disappointed!!!
First time I had their pizza it was awesome! The next time they dasticly cut bat on their topping. They claimed they have a new chef. A recipe is a recipe. They’ve gone cheap. I’m looking for a new fav.
Mom-N-Pop doin it right!. Very nice family owned and excellent food is served here. If you want your food in 2 minutes, please visit several of the other choices around town. If you like a hand-made pizza, fresh toppings, generous portions and awesome specials (lunch giant slice w/3 toppings and a drink under $7…my personal favorite) than this is the place for you.
BAD service. WORST service ever! It’s a shame because the food is pretty good once you actually get it. Was told my to go would be ready in 15-20 mins…. received it ONE HOUR after I placed the order. How they are staying in business, I’m not sure.
Retail Manager. I have been calling all day and no answer. It would be nice if the words delivery also meant that someone would answer the phone after an hour of calling.
