Stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the value. Good first impressions of a Tex-Mex restaurant are the Chips & Salsa and Baja’s didn’t disappoint. Good, thick, crunchy, Yellow Corn Tortillas with a Salsa that isn’t too runny and has a good level of spice. I ordered the Enchiladas off the lunch menu with a Sour Cream Sauce and asked for some Jalapenos to go along and I was very pleased. The Sour Cream was good, but not over-powering and the Chicken was tender. The Sour Cream and the Jalapenos gave it a nice balance of Creaminess and Spiciness. The service was fast and friendly and you can’t beat the deal of $7.99! This one’s going into the lunch rotation. diningoutdfw.com

I will never eat here again. The food totally sucked. My enchiladas were bland. The Chili sauce ontop was yuck and the rice & beans were bland. When I told the waiter he took my ticket and gave me .75 off my ticket. WTH. Sorry Bajas you totally sucks
Fish Tacos & Chicken Tortilla Soup. The chicken tortilla soup was freshly prepared. You could tell that all the ingredients were all fresh. Fish Tacos were great! The salsa was spicy and fresh! Great service!
Great margaritas & Wonderful food!. This is a real jewel of a restaurant in a strip shopping center in the ‘burbs! Try the brisket tacos, and if you get the charro beans and veggies you’ll have enough points plus left to have a margarita (Weight Watchers joke!).
The perfect margarita. We were there for dinner on a busy Saturday evening and even if it was quite busy, the service was excellent and friendly. The food is good and not expensive. Beware of the perfect margarita, if you take a second one you will have to take a ride back home….Will be back there for sure to try other menu items.
