They made me HAPPY! I haven’t had any Texas BBQ in 2 years. I had a 3 hour drive to Abilene and a dinner engagement ahead of me, so I planned to go light and have just a turkey sandwich, which I remember being REALLY good. Staff tried to talk me into all you can eat, so I compromised with a sampler plate. I took one bite of the first rib, and asked if I could upgrade to the all you can eat. I was told yes. I scarfed, but good lord I was happy! Thank You Bartley’s.
Chopped Brisket. Ordered the special which was the pork sandwich and the lady said they were out so got the chopped brisket. Overheard another customer order the special and he got it. Then, didn’t sleep a wink all night. Wonder what they put in their brisket sandwich?
