UPDATE TO PREVIOUS. Since my Sept. 2011 review, I have been back several times. Nor sure how long ago it happened, but there seems to be new leadership and the service is pretty good now. Yes, they still get busy so sometimes it may take a bit longer for a refill and every so often they may forget a request, but for the most part it is well-staffed now and the staff is very friendly.Now if they’d just finish the construction in that area this place would be worth going to regularly.14 Sep, 2011Same as previous. I won’t review the food. If you’ve been to one, it’s pretty much the same. But the service here is terrible, and that’s even in the bar area, where we usually go. It’s not the waitstaffs fault so much, they generally try to make each party feel welcome and treat you well. The problem is, that the area is usually full or near full and often it’s just the bartender and one waitress taking care of the entire area. When you order wings sometimes its a kitchen member or hostess who brings them, and they don’t always even know what table to take them to. The atmosphere here is great and the food is like any other, but to keep this place going the management seriously needs to consider a more organized wait structure, especially during happy hour and special wing nights.

So i’ve had basically everything but the wings here. I really enjoy it for the sports atmosphere, but otherwise it’s really not that good.
I agree good food and terrible service. You have no clue who waits your table. Pretty much dillying dallying around taking thier tine wasting customers times. They do not care if you are not satisfied. Note to Manager: have a serious employee meeting and discuss to them what waiting tables are all about. This isn’t a play place.
Consistently delivers. Excellent wings and sauce varieties.
Good food, bad service. The food here is very good. The service is terrible and it is exceptionally slow.
