Beware of paying with a credit card. This popular restaurant has a very strange practice: On my last visit with friends I was the first one to leave and paid my part of the tab with a credit card. I was very unpleasantly surprised when I found the charged for the intire table on my credit card in ADDITION to my bill. This whole table bill was included in my balance. I called and was told that it is just temporary (though it was already processed) and it will eventually be removed from my credit card. I have visited on 5/8/2015 and called on 5/12/2015. I desputed it with my bank but I will never go back. I was never told this would happened and should I not have enough money in the account it would have resulted in my bills (which are paid from this account to get miles) whould have not been paid.
Family Owned & Crafted. This family owned restaurant has a wonderful atmosphere, good down to earth Italian food, friendly service and a large wine menue.
Wine pour lacking and needs to be improved.. Very disappointed how they handled constructive criticism. 2nd glass of wine was lacking compared to the 1st glass of wine. When asked if this was the standard wine pour I was told yes. The manager on Duty told me I should be thankful for my heavier 1st pour and that the second pour was standard. 1/4 glass of wine should not be standard…rip off!
You can do better in Granbury. The building is beautifully redone and interior is gorgeous. Food and service are terrible. Lasagna tastes like frozen, but not microwaved enough. Had waitress with attitude last time. Will never go back.
We love this place!. This is one of our favorite places to eat. Good wine selection. I almost always get pizza because I like it so much but lasagna was pretty good too. Love the happy hour and the atmosphere!
Food was nothing special. Portions were small. Service was mediocre. Appeared to be a tourist trap.
An hour wait. Stepped in for a glass of wine. The hostess said it would be an hour wait… Wait for what? Clean off the for empty tables and poor a glass of wine. Did not stay. Won’t be back. Went to la buena vista. Much better.
