Food took a long time to get here, then it was cold. The waitress was friendly but never checked on us or asked if we needed water refills. There is food just piled up on the warmer in the kitchen but no one is delivering it!
Average for an IHOP. The service is usually slow, the food is average in quantity and quality but the coffee’s always hot and the staff is always nice.
Worst service!. Been going there for the past few months for a networking breakfast group. A week ago Friday our usual waiter wasn’t there. One waitress was working the entire restaurant. 35+ ppl in our group so iHop was definitely benefitting from our meeting. The waitress and the manager gave us the worst service ever. Rude, interuptive, got most orders wrong and/or incomplete. The manager had the nerve to tell our organizer to tell people to stop talking while they were handing out food. Twice! I will never step foot in there again. This is a group of networkers who network with a huge amount of people, iHop.
I’ve never had a bad experience here! I love their new turkey club sandwich. I love their two X two X two and everything on their breakfast menu!
