Best steak I’ve ever had!!!. I ate here a year ago in the middle of a long road trip, and I still think about it, and talk about it. The steak was so so so tender and melted in your mouth. The garlic sauce for the bread was so delicious. 100 stars!
The service was horrible. The food was not cooked correctly. For the money it was far below par.

Outstanding. The Insalata Caprese could have been a meal alone with it’s fresh mozzarella and beefsteak tomatoes. I had the peppered filet with a cognac sauce (like steak au poive) and it was so delicious and tender that I literally could cut it with a fork. Yes, it was a little loud in the restaurant but not over the top. The service was top notch. Well worth the price. Highly recommended.
Not great, but not awful. We decided to try Kirby’s from a promotion. Our reservation was called in, we arrived ten min early, and were set a few minutes after. We were sort of put off when we saw people seated with logo/writing T-shirts and jean shorts when we were firmly told business casual, so I’m not sure what business they’re in. The atmosphere was also very noisy, to where we had to speak up quite a bit to talk across the small table. It took a while to get drinks, but not horrible. We started with the stuffed shrimp, which were very over-lemony and not much larger than a cocktail shrimp, of which 5 cost almost $20. Sides were described as family style, though realistically they only were two portions. The steaks were decent, though certainly not to the caliber of Del Frisco’s or other high-end steakhouses. My wife’s actually had a fair amount of gristle, which when you only have 5oz to start with is pretty bad. Our server became less and less attentive as the night proceeded, to the point where we had multiple empty glasses on the table many times. Desert was average, having ordered different cheesecakes. At around $10 each, they were no better than the local italian’s for $3 – granted we have a pretty good local place! All said and done we wound up with good/ok food in average to small portions, pretty poor service, and a bill that seemed quite out of place. We won’t be going back, because there are just flat out better places to go for both food quality and price value.
Way over priced and not good at all… I had heard it was overated and it is true…very let down when I had the my steak! Save your money and go to costco pick up a good steak! Kirbys steak had no flavor at all! Honestly shocked they are still open.
