4/26/14, around 6:50pm, employee Herschel T. demonstrated 3 times in a row that he would rather play with his smartphone behind the counter, than wait on a customer while his coworker was helping someone else. In fact, she asked him to help me, once she noticed me standing there with my bottled water at the cash register, and he grumbled, complained, tried to refuse, and finally got my cup of ice as slowly as he could. Pitiful…
