Worst queso ever!. The consistency of jelly. The house margarita wasn’t good either. There is WAY better Mexican food in DFW to ever go to this place.
Adaptive, modern.. The food is tasty, fresh, and modern. The wait staff is consistent, quick, and friendly. They kitchen is willing to adapt to your dietary needs. Oh, and the food is delicious, did I say that already? This place is frequented by my family.
LOVE LOVE LOVE. I live close by and this is the greatest neighborhood bar/resaturant EVER. The people are great and they always make me feel at home. I would recommend it to everyone. Although, I miss Tico, the former manager who was moved to another location. I’m a huge fan!

The Mambo King Brunch in Colleyville has been updated. They have added items to the menu. As soon as you walk in the door, they have a brunch special and a lunch special. The words on the menu don’t do this food justice. Go by on Saturday or Sunday and get the Cacerolas. The favorite: Brisket with Chorizo and spicey queso on top. Mimosa and Poinsettia’s are bottomless!!
So far So Good. Nice place, nice people. We used to hang at ZuRoma but it has since gone to shit. Seems nice I like it, wife likes it. Been coming for about 2 weeks, pretty good Margaritas too.
I’ve spent many happy hours @ Rio’s. Service is always excellent! Love the ritas!
