Food & Service. The best hamburgers in the state. I have had quite a few hamburgers over the years but these are the best. The meat is good and they will prepare just the way you like it, with your special cheese, onions , peppers if you like it hot, just any way you like it. The chicken fried steak is also very good. I think the service was excellent and always cordial.
Great Local Bar. Ice cold beer, great food, and really nice locals here. Feels like you know people as soon as you take a seat. Try the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich…..awesome!!
Greatest pub n texas. They don’t call this place an English pub, only a pub! I’ve visited English pubs, and Scottish pubs, & this place holds a great ambiance but with exceptional food!! Love their fish & chips, burgers are great too. Really cold beer, with smith wick & guinness on tap along w/ shiner and others. Crowd is friendly with a local flair of character, & service is great. Check it out! You won’t be disappointed. (on a side note, the festivals in grapevine are really crazy & just to keep up the restaurants have to turn to disposable plasticware. Plastic cups are used to satisfy the city, so have an open mind if you visit during one of the festivals!)
Average burb’s bar.. It’s not a great place to go and drink, but if your stuck in the suburbs and want to go out this is a pretty decent place to do it. Drinks are reasonably priced, decent crowd and patio, plenty of bar games (darts ect…) But lets get real people its a dive of a bar. Why would you even try and eat the food unless you’re buzzed/drunk enough to enjoy anything?
Has Potential. I’ve been here for drinks several times in the past with friends, and have eaten on occasion. Drinks are great but, the food is terrible. Went there again a few weeks ago with friends and heard from the waitress that they just hired a new female chef/manager. Small world, I’ve actually had the chef and her husband chef’s food at a wedding in Arlington where they worked. Not sure which one was cooking then but, the food? Absolutely AMAZING!!! If the rumors are true of having this chef working for them, and she’s the same one I’m thinking of, then Tap In is going to turn in to an incredible place to eat. In the meantime, you can always stop in and have a few beers. CHEERS!!!
Don’t visit this place, especially during grapefest. They serve you in cheap 16oz plastic cups that they don’t fill up all the way to the top and still charge you full price. We ordered 10 dollar nachos and were given plastic wear to eat. Not worth it, move on!
Horrible during grapefest. Went to eat there at 8 at night, band so loud couldn’t carry on table conversation food served with plasticware. I can only assume to get the maximum amount of people through and save money on washing flatware.
