HORRIBLE!!!. Worst service I have ever experienced at a restaurant… Plus the food was almost as bad!!
Horrible food. Horrible service. Ordered the top sirloin medium rare and it was brought out medium well. They brought out another but that didn’t improve the taste. The waitress forgot the salad dressing, knocked my to go package off the table, had no idea who ordered what, and we could never get her attention. Not worth the price. Western Sizzler serves better food.
Ate in Micro-Brewery Bar upstairs on July 30.. Ordered the bone-in Cowboy Cut Ribeye rare. Horrible steak! Terrible quality of meat. Ribeye nothing but gristle and way too salty. Garlic mushrooms tasted like they dumped minced garlic on them and brought them out. Very disappointing from my last visit several years ago.
I’ve eaten here twice and both times the food was one step above hospital food. The only reason we gave it a second chance was because the first time we ate there it was really late and it was close to closing time. But the second time was 7:00 in the evening and it was just as bad. So disappointing because we love the menu and the ambiance.
Do not order out from them. We stayed in the embassy next door. We have eaten there many times but ordered out tonight. They do not meet expectations on carry out. I have ordered a salad from the before and it was great but if you take out they just throw lettuce in and nothing else
Bad service. We showed up for a late supper at 9:15. After asking for a table they told is they were closed. We said the doors said 10 and they just told us they know that and they are sorry and pushed us to the door as quick as they could. Terrible service!
Just fyi, this menu is the OLD menu from several years ago. It’s completely different now. Go to the restaurant’s website to read the ACTUAL current menu.
