Best restaurant in Longview. Best bar in Longview. Prices are high, but on par or lower for the food quality. I agree that it can get loud when full, but still much quieter than the crummy chains that open every other week. The wait staff is knowledgeable about food allergies and willing to find out if they don’t know. Great date night! I recommend the cheese platter for an appetizer.
Very loud. Music was not loud but everyone was talking over it and the room is so small it just was unbearable. When someone would laugh it pierced your brain. Wanted a nice quiet evening and this was not the place to go.
Don’t waste your time or money. Jason would like you to make a reservation, but sir the place is half empty on a Friday night. Waitress is pleasant, but doesn’t even offer us the specials. Waited 45 minutes for steak and veal. Only to get the wrong piece of steak. Waited another 20 minutes for the right steak to be cooked. So, my date ate a subpar piece of veal. Didn’t finish half of it. Steak was cooked but not a $35 piece of meat. Then the waitress charged me for both steaks. Don’t call yourself a Mercedes when everyone knows you have a Kia engine under the hood.Weak all around, which is sad, because they finally finally finally have a great decour/setup.Need a new cook & management….won’t be back again.
Delicious food. I have eaten here since the restaurant opened and have never been disappointed. The food is Delicious and service is great. Please give Barron’s a try.
Best in Longview!. Dined the day after Valentines day (they raise the prices on V-Day so make sure your bill is as listed on the menu). The food was excellent and the service was fantastic! I got the pan seared tilapia and my date got the lobster ravioli. Both entrees were big enough to have leftovers, so it made the prices more bearable. I also ordered a small caesar to begin and it was very big and quite tasty! Not to mention the bread was awesome and a great side item for the lobster ravioli sauce. I would highly recommend Cafe Barrons for a nice, quiet, sit-down restaurant in the Longview area.

Delicious food! My favorite is the Mango Chicken. While you’re there, shop in a fun, eclectic, high-end boutique.
