Best Breakfast in Longview. I love IHOP! I don’t think I have ever ordered anything from here that wasn’t absolutely delicious!! They have the best yummy fluffy pancakes ever! Some of my children do not really like breakfast foods all that much so we always order the cheeseburgers and chicken strips a lot too and they are very good as well. I love how IHOP has a full menu of lunch and dinner options too and not just breakfast. This is my family’s favorite restaurant!!!
Great Pancakes!. The best breakfast in east Texas. The pancakes are hot and fluffy and the omelettes are huge and to die for. You get alot of food for your money. Service is fast and friendly. Although they looked busy on Sunday when I went I only had to wait 10 minutes to get seated. All in all a great place to eat.
I’m just not a huge ihop fan. I eat a very basic breakfast, 2 eggs up, hashbrowns, grits, bacon, and sourdough toast. The eggs were rubbery and the grits were runny. The toast was good as were the hashbrowns. Our server was ok but very scattered, and I’m shocked she served me skim milk and played it off like it was some new wierd item they were selling. Longview needs a Dennys.
Food is always good, this place is always busy, we got there at 10am on a Saturday and was out by 10:45, and that was with a 15 min wait time to get seated, the server Wendy was so friendly, she made our visit so pleasant, we will comeback soon.
Horrible service. sat for 10 minutes without even being asked our drink order. another was sat next to us and they were immediately greeted. they offered to buy my dinner (after spitting in it, i’m sure). we will never go back!
The Best Breakfast In East Texas. The title says it all. I love eating breakfast here would do it every weekend, if I didn’t have to get up so early to be able to get a seat. That is the only drawback to IHOP is you can’t get a seat on weekends and holidays, but if you wish to wait awhile, you will get a truly great breakfast with very good service. Outstanding pancakes are their trade-mark. Not bad coffee either. C’mon, give it a shot. FEB-2018Over the years the Longview IHOP has gone downhill a bit, but in the hours between lunch and the evening meal, IHOP suffers from lack of staff and it makes for poor service and food which comes out cool, not hot. Like so many eating places, managers try and save money by not having enough staff and if they do get a rush, it is the customers who suffer.
Good food:). I am usually always pleased with my orders here. I have learned to be specific on how well done I would like my eggs if I order them fried, not all cooks here do them the same. I like that they have added a slightly more health conscious section to the menu, I would love to see more of this here. I sometimes get their soup of the day for lunch and am usually quite pleased with it. It is a nice filling choice for lunch at a good price.
