It Did It For Us. The gets a JG score of 6.5 (+2 for food, +1 for atmosphere, +1 for price, +0.5 for can Diet Dr Pepper, 0 for service and +2 for we will return)We made a lunch drive from Marshall to here having called in our order 1st.Looking at reviews for this place, we decided to try what seemed to be 2 of the most popular: The Boathouse and Ole Scrappy Sandwiches.The sandwiches were awesome. Hard to imagine anyone getting the chicken salad any better than this. Great toasted bread and the nod for us goes to the Boathouse because it has avocados as well. Lays chips and a pickle slice finished off our order nicely.The little building has a hut like appearance from outside and is bright on the inside and cramped which all the good places seem to be. We liked all the 45’s around the ceiling.The price was very reasonable= 10 dollars apiece for sandwich, chips, pickle and a 32 ounce drink.They do have Diet Dr Pepper but it is in a can.The service was adequate and our to-go meal was ready when we got there. The place was really busy otherwise and I would have hated to wait through that. The man behind the counter was funny.We will go back for sure and try other items. These chicken salad sandwiches lived up to the reviews we read!
The absolutely best sandwich in East TExas. It’s do Deli has the absolutely best sandwiches in East Texas. Kevin & Julie have hit a home run here and make you feel at home every time you walk in. You have to check it out.
If you love to wait and be disappointed then go here. A long wait for nasty food that I could make at home. Avoid at all cost and go somewhere decent.

Scrumdidliumptious!!! This place ROCKS!!! Can’t go wrong with Cool Breeze. The only drawback is they’re not open nights or weekends. 🙁
Location, location, location.. My office is right behind It’ll Do. But the convenience is not why I love it. My favorite is the Seaside, extra spinach. I love this place. The husband and wife team who run it are very friendly. The atmosphere is fun and the food is fantastic!
Love the fresh ingredients and the service at this locally owned deli! We will always give them our business any chance we are able when in town. 🙂 thank you so much for opening a deli like this- I only wish it was closer to home for me!
