Jucy’s-hwy 80 Longview. We went this morning and arrived a little later than normal (10:47). We sat at the table for 10 minutes while they pretended that we didn’t exist (which is ridiculous considering the size of this restaurant and the amount of people working). A waitress finally came to our table at 10:57 and asked if we were there for lunch. We told her that we were there for breakfast at which point we were told they were no longer serving. I might add that when you go for lunch you order at the register not at the table. Plus when we sat down, the table next to us still had breakfast menus. They also are suppose to serve until 11 am according to their sign. We usually go have breakfast there almost every weekend but after today we will not be back. I can honestly say that they have the worst service I have ever had. Jucy’s has the best breakfast in Longview but with this kind of service it’s not worth it. I normally don’t write reviews but after several unpleasant experiences I felt it was necessary.
Believe the Positive Reviews. I couldn’t believe that there were no photos for Jucy’s Hamburgers. I posted nine pictures because you really need to see what is going on here. All of it is good! I had a bandito burger. It was fantastic. It was gigantic. with jalapenos and Monterrey Jack cheese, and it wasn’t greasy. I liked the fresh cut French fries. Could have gone through the fryer a second time to get them really crisp, but they were pretty good as it was. Thanks to the poster mentioning the free beans. They were a little salty but still very good with a little kick. It was nice to eat the beans while waiting for the rest of my food. It was about a fifteen minute wait. Felt sorry for those waiting at the drive-thru. They serve Coke products and have the mixology machine that serves different flavor combinations. Order at the counter and they will give you a pager that buzzes when your meal is ready. The workers are all very friendly and polite. This place is packed. I got there at 11:00 sharp and the parking lot was filled up in the front and most of the side. I can’t get over the negative reviews though. I just loved it. If you don’t like it, you can always go next door to the Whataburger. I love them as well, but Jucy’s is just better. Game over!20 Nov, 2014The Bandito. With jalapeos. Is it spicy? Yes indeed!
