Best Mexican food in Longview by far. The food truck is delicious as well. The breakfast tacos in the morning are a favorite. You can have them however you want, any combination of any meat, cheese, potatoes, and eggs. You can get delicious sliders, French dips, and philly cheese steaks.
Mi Casita is one of my must go to places when I come back home to visit family. I dream about their carne guisada breakfast tacos all the time. So dang good. And of all the things to order when you can get such awesome Mexican food…..French toast. I never would’ve thought to get French toast but my best friend finally twisted my arm hard enough to try it and it’s it the best I’ve ever had! You cannot go wrong at Mi Casita.
Mi Casita is a great little hole-in-the-wall where you can feast down on some great Mexican and American food. Breakfasts are great here. I had a burrito with chorizo, beans, rice, tomatoes. . . It was enormous, but I somehow I managed to finish it off. They have a salsa bar and I suggest using one of their half a dozen salsas to kick the flavor up a little more. They also have chips warming in the oven on the table there. They are not salted, but you can add your own to your liking. Everybody is very friendly here and apparently everybody likes the food. I certainly wouldnt mind coming back here if Im in the area.
Would highly recommend going out of your way to stop here. We came through on our road trip to CA and were not disappointed in anyway. My boyfriend and I are both vegetarian and loved the fried avocado tacos and Chuck Norris burrito without meat. Food was reasonably priced and was delivered quickly.
This has happened twice now, and it’s always in the drive thru. I order at least 3 beef tacos, NO cilantro, EASY onions. Again today, I get to work to eat and I have 3 beef WITH cilantro and zero onions. It’s very, very frustrating to pay 8.00 for something that is wrong and I don’t have time to drive back and get a re-do because I am on a one hour lunch break. Ugh.
This place is so darn good. I love their breakfast burritos, and try the pineapple habanero salsa.
