Drive to the other locations. I haven’t been to this location in a long time. After today, I will not be going here again. I have never seen such an unorganized, unsanitary Starbucks.. There were a lot of employees running around behind the counter and apparently many were overwhelmed. The cashier was rubbing her fingers around the top of and inside the customer’s cups while trying to figure out the cash register. The pick up counter was wet, (appeared to be milk?) We were sitting near the counter, but could barely recognize that they called out our items with all of the commotion. Very stressful environment. My cup sleeve had wet fingerprints, my daughter’s panini was stale, my coffee was subpar. I will go to the Starbucks on 259, or even the one inside Target from now on. Unexceptable.

From 2 cups a day to 0. The service declined so much at the location on the loop that I first moved to the new location, then decided to give it up altogether. Saving 10 bucks a day on coffee is not a bad thing!
The Coffee Cafe is much better. It’s located on HW 80 next to Austin Bank. Also, there is FREE WiFi!!!! And if you don’t have a laptop, come use one of our public computers. Check it out sometime!
