At Harris County Smokehouse, we like to prepare a meal the same way it was done 40 years ago. Thats why every egg is freshly cracked and every brisket spends all night in the smoker. Were proud to serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner all day long to make sure you can get your pancake or BBQ fix whenever you need it.
