Applebee’s in Irving. The worse service of any bad restaurants. Lunch time visit was met with a putrid stench of stale cigarettes. Wait staff does not want to acknowledge folks waiting for a table. As if it’s totally NOT their job type of avoidance. No acknowledgement of any kind when you walk in. Once in a while a staff member would look your way only to look away to avoid contact!! Very bad managing (at least during lunch time hours). There were hardly any customers and I can see why!! I’ve been to other Applebee’s with no issues, but this one on Beltline in Irving – I had to walk out.
