Hmmmm….. I really really love this place. When I crave donuts (which is a lot lately cause I am pregnant) I only go to this donut shop. They have the best donuts hands down. But lately I don’t no something about it is off. I feel like they probably have different bakers cause sometimes I will come in and the donuts are fluffy melt in your mouth omg orgasmic! And then other times it will only be a bit better then the donuts down the street. Whats the deal!? I used to come everyday when I was in school and it was delicious. I need to no if anyone knows the schedule for this place cause I only want to go on the days it is mind blowing awsome goodness orgasmic donutsDesperate pregnant women!
Really great service and APPLE FRITTERS!. Okay so its kind of weird to say they have great service because its not like its a cafe or restaurant but whenever i go in they always greet me with a smile and they’re always very polite. my personal favorite thing there are the apple fritters they by far exceed any sonut shop with their fritters. i probably have already had everything there so far though and everything is good but nothing can beat the apple fritters. surprisingly they are the perfect thickness which is not to thin and not to thick. the right touch of cinnamon and glaze and yes theres actually apples in them unlike some other places. the best part though? it is so ungreasy its unreal. when you think apple frittters you think greasy! i dont know hoe they do it but they are awesome at it. apple fritter+frappucino or iced coffee from them=pure happiness!!!!
Had a bad experience. The donuts were not the best. I think walmarts bakery makes better. However, the coffee was good.
Traveling man. I am new to the this area and happen to stop by the Donut Palace last week . I was taken back of the great presentation of their Hot foods& Donuts. Me and my family decided to eat there because of the cleaness of the place and their bathroom. Their Food is second to none. I travel a lot throughout Texas and have NOT found any Donut place that comes close to this Place.(OH ,THEY HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH AS WELL ). I recommend this place to everyone I know to stop by. GREAT JOB DONUT PALACE OF JACKSONVILLE,TX.
What a hater. All I got to say is that this place is the best freakin donut shop in jacksonville. Always good and theyre never boring you see new products all the time. Very friendly service. I dont see why Booyah has such a problem. If yall in the area you need to stop by and try it for yourself.
Best Donuts in Texas!!!. OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!!!! I just had the greatest donut ever on my way to jacksonville i stopped by and tried a donut palace and let me tell you it was like nothing i ever had before it was fresh light and soft, but don’t take my word for it take the drive it may be long but let me tell you will not be dissapointed

I just had the most incredible donut ever from the donut palace. and to be frank i cant believe it was sooooo good! i mean the donut just melted in your mouth and it was so light and fluffy! i just moved to tyler from dallas and was visiting my parents there and i stopped by because it had a drive thru to get some breakfast and i was pleasently surprised. its better then any donut i ever had! i think i have a new fav spot now and its definitely worth the 25 min drive there!
