Worst service from a local company ever. I have had several good experiences with Legends in the past. However, I received the worst experience I have ever had dining out. I called in an order, which was taken by the owner himself. I got there and my order was completely wrong. I have had better service from young kids entering into the workforce. I, personally, would be embarassed to admit that I owned the establishment and couldn’t even take a simple phone order. Not only did he get it wrong, but he acted disgusted to correct his screw up. If you do chose to eat at this establishment, yoy MUST go in and hope the owner is gone. That way you at least have a good chance of getting your order correct. In review, this man owns all three local Legends and his ego, quality of sercice, and quality of food have gotten out of control. Me and my family will never eat at a Legends in this area again and I would not recommend this to anyone.
Bad burger and fries. I ordered takeout this evening and wish I hadn’t. The fries were in a box and when I got home and opened them they were limp like noodles. The burger was worse. The bun was tough, probably stale. I couln’t chew it. The meat was overcooked and extremely salty. There was something way off about the meat. $6.00 in the trash.
The cheeseburgers were fantastic. The onion rings and fresh French fries not so much. Condiment bar for you to make the burger just like you like. Complimentary beans. Not really sure about the hand scarwled cards on the tables that directed patrons to the tables on the right side of the building. It’s not a huge place and there were more patrons than seats. People just disregarded the cards anyways.
Would be a great place to eat if the cooks knew the difference between medium well and burnt. Brightside, free beans.
Great burger. Free beans to eat before your meal. Wonderful onion rings. Family friendly.
