This small town Resteraunt is AWESOME!! Located in the middle of nowhere East Texas this resteraunt has great service and superb food. We started with the smoked brisket nachos as an appetizer. A huge portion of tortilla chips and delicious brisket was quickly delivered. For my entree I had the grilled redfish which was seasoned well and cooked perfectly. The side salad was fresh and tasty. You have to get the Mac and cheese side as it was fantastic as well. Finished off with a coconut cream pie desert. Perfect dinner at a great price. All that food and only $45 for two people.

Unprofessional. This has to be the most unprofessional place I have ever experienced. The owner is a piece of crap. My fiance’ had contacted Sadler’s about 2 months ago regarding catering for our wedding. At that point, she was speaking to the owner who said just contact him about 4 weeks til the wedding and get things finalized. So, she contacts him at the 4 week to the wedding date and at the time, he says he can do it. He was going to have to get back to her regarding an official price. She waits and waits, never hears anything. Almost 2 weeks later, finally gets a hold of him and he says he’ll get back again with the price. Keep in mind, all we were waiting on was the official cost. Within the next few days, she left several messages with him both at the restaurant and on his cell phone. He never returned the call. So today, it is 9 days til our wedding. The restaurant is called, the owner is not there. A very nice young guy took a message and then called my fiance’ back. The employee managed to get a hold of the owner, who told the young employee to call my fiance’ and tell her that he was booked and could not cater the wedding. What a terrible businessman, even more so a poor excuse for a man. Had a teenage employee tell us the news because he’s too cowardly to own up to his actions. Unbelievable, I don’t care how good the food his, the owner and his idea of service is crap. I feel sorry for the poor employees who have to work under this moron.
