Love it!. My favorite place in Austin!
The flying pig!. If you love pork you must order the flying pig. If you’re a man, you’ll like this place, trust me, but women will like it too!
Waitresses are hooter-esque, but the food is very good. I always get a chuckle out of places like this. The lunch crowd consists of a mix of blue and white collar guys, and about three to four female patrons. The men are there, in large part, for the scantily clad. The all female wait staff know and exploit this fact. Regardless, the food is actually very, very good. I really like the beer-can chicken and the pulled pork (no pun intended) sandwich. And you can’t go wrong with any of the sides.
Side Salad. Pretty much the only thing we eat here is the side salad. We used to get the half chicky salad but they discontinued it and the full sized salad is huge. Ask for Roxanne.
BB-Q with a Smile!. I’ve been dining at Bone Daddy’s since Mike Leatherwood opened the first location in North Dallas. Over the past few years I’ve had the opportunity to dine at all four locations. You will not find a friendlier professional staff anywhere. Even though all the location stay busy from open to close the girls greet each customer as it was their first one of the day, they make you feel very welcomed and appreciated. I’ve never had a bad meal at any location, the food is great and the drinks are cold. If you like a tall cool drink with a touch of adventure, order a Blow-Torch to go with an appetizer.
Great new look. The new face lift is amazing. The BAR is bigger, the ice cold mugs with 30 degree beer is awesome and the food is still GREAT..This place rocks…
