  I used to pass by this place often, and finally decided to stop by and check it out. Well I did and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The crawfish touffe is spectacular!!

  They charged my card $1,287.82 …. Normally I’m a fan of this place but this very large error has me stressed and livid.I bought a pizza Sunday night for $12.18 with my debit card. My account was charged $12.18 … AND $1,287.82, which cleared out all my savings to accommodate the charge and put my account into overdraw. I called as soon as I was notified and the employee said it was probably just an entry error … ya think?! The manager called me later and said they resolved it and it will probably show up on my account Monday morning … well it’s almost 3pm on a Monday and I’m still sitting in overdraw and cannot use my account. This is beyond stressful and frustrating!!!Entering numbers into a key pad isn’t that difficult, and why did they charge me again anyway?!? At the very least it’s a transaction that I didn’t sign for! This is ridiculous! I can’t seem to breathe until this gets resolved. To top it off, all of this is because of an error on their end and and the manager didn’t even offer anything for the trouble just non-chalant that it will probably show up correctly on Monday. O_O I’m pretty livid at this point!!I’m hopeful that things will get resolved quickly but I this has completely tainted my view of this business. If you go there … PAY CASH and don’t give them your card, but I know I’ll never be back!!!!9.24.2014 UPDATE: After speaking with 3 different people over there over a 21 hour period, I was finally contacted by the owner of the company who was mortified that this happened and apologized profusely and said she would get it fixes asap. She called her merchant services Monday evening and was at the bank first thing Tuesday morning. Sure enough, the pending $1,287.82 charge was gone from my account and I could see my money again!!! YAY!! She apologized and said she had called an emergency meeting with her staff Monday night and said this would NOT happen again.I spoke with her again this (Wednesday) morning as she left me a voice mail last night and she again apologized and wanted to make sure everything was correct and there were no additional charges on my account. I did see the $13.00 charge was displayed ,but there was still the $12.18 pending so I told her the bank said it should fall off tomorrow and I’ll keep an eye out. She said she will call the merchant services and have the charge removed anyway as she didn’t want me to pay for the purchase that caused all of this. I really appreciate that!! It’s still hard to get over the stress of having absolutely no money for over 24 hours because I simply decided to have dinner and purchase a pizza. She also is leaving me a gift card at the restaurant with a nice amount on it, which is enough for me to go back … maybe in a week or so when I can forget about it all a bit more. ;-)Regardless to say, this is one of those things I never thought would happen and it was definitely not a pleasant experience, but I do really appreciate the way the owner handled everything once she was involved and am so very glad to have my accounts back to normal! Whew!!!
