Regular for 14 years. This restaurants food is consistantly good. They are the same owners and watch over the quality. In 14 years of take out only had one dissapointing meal. Maybe the cook was having a bad day when your family went.Try the sesame chicken or empress chicken. Its always fun
Worst dinner I have had in Austin. I never write reviews but this dinner was horrible and I had to post this. I ordered three dishes plus egg rolls. All four plates came out separately which is not too odd except they took 20 min between the first and last plate. They were not concerned much about it either but did apologize. My kids chicken and noodles were inedible. The egg rolls did not have any flavor and my wife’s General Jo’s chicken was bland. My spicy lamb was the worst meal I have ever tasted. It was fatty and had the bad wild game smell you get with bad meat (when it arrived after my family was already done with their meal). The place is clearly popular but I watched plenty of people have to deal with questions on their orders. There are far too many options around here to bother with this place.
It’s hard to find good Chinese but this place is great! Delicious food and great atmosphere!
Bad Customer Service. Usually go there to eat and have enjoyed it until this time. Decided to try their delivery. I was told 30 -45 mins at just over an hour I called. The very rude guy told me it had only been 30 mins and told me to just wait it was on the way. After the that I didn’t want the food any more. I do not think I will try them any more. There are 2 more chinese restaurants closer to my house.
